The hotel is great and the location is unbeatable. The service and attention of the staff is continuous. It is a great place to enjoy a vacation and relax. It has direct access to the beach and three swimming pools. There are many people, but there is never a feeling of being crowded. In the themed restaurants sometimes there are problems for dinner because they are full, but you always have the buffet and a 24 hour bar. I would repeat without hesitation.

For a week I stayed at this hotel with some friends and the truth is that it is very very good, the rooms are very spacious and with all possible amenities, as well as clean. As for the services, also very good, from the buffets to the specialized restaurants that are included in the all-inclusive. All the pools and bars are well conditioned and the service is very good to the public, always attentive to what you need and / or want. The only downside I have to give is the lack of snacks in the rooms or in the bars to nibble while you have a drink or a cocktail.

Excellent hotel what stands out the most is the service of the waiters and the excellence in food and drinks. A highly recommended place to spend a nice family vacation. The only criticism I could make is that the pools could be a little bigger.
